Brian kikel is one of the top engine builders for the fast doorslammers in the Lower Mainland. Some of his clients include Steve Buerger, Terry Spargo, Dave Warren and Wally Nichol. While his is best known for building the 1000+ hp engines found in these 7 second doorcars, his prowess as a driver is well known as well. In 2003, he raced as only a couple DS events had went to the final round at one a went a number of rounds at another. He has been racing since 1984, competing back then with a 71 Demon in Super Pro. He has competed at Ashcroft, MRP, Bremerton and Seattle. In 2001, he won a CWDS event and finished fourth in the points at Mission in Super Pro in the mid 90's.

 

 

He competes in Steve Buerger's #2 car, a Spirit Race car built 1963 Corvette. Steve is hopeing to debut his all new 63 Pro Mod Corvette this season.
